What are the different types of PP Woven bags available in the market?
PP (polypropylene) bags came into the market during the 1980s. Since then, PP woven bags have consolidated the market share. Prior to the introduction of PP woven bags, jute bags and hessian bags made from natural jute fibre were used in the packaging industry. PP woven bags and sacks have become popular all over the world because of inertness towards moisture, chemicals, and exceptional resistance to fungus and decay. Currently, there is no feasible substitute for PP woven bags. As a result, PP woven bags are expected to remain the preferred packaging solution in the future. We are fully equipped in terms of infrastructure to ramp up production to meet the growing demand.

PP Bags with Liner
We specialise in manufacturing PP bags with PE liner inside. We use the latest technology and high-grade resources. These bags can be laminated and micro-perforated as per the needs of the customer. These are apt for packaging sugar in bulk quantity because of safeguards like protection from leakage, water, and moisture. Also, these are durable and tear resistant.
High-quality laminated bags are cost-effective solutions for a fast growing market of fertilizer packaging. To cater to this growing need of our clients, we offer a wide range of PP and HDPE laminated bags.
We are a trusted manufacturer and supplier of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers – FIBC Bags – also known as Bulk Bags or Jumbo Bags. These reduce costs in developed nations. Now there is a growing demand in the developing countries as well. We offer custom-tailored jumbo bags to suit individual specifications. Our jumbo bags are ideal and cost-effective packing material used for storage and transportation of a wide range of materials such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and metal. These bags have a large storage capacity. Precise design and construction standards make these bags suited for a wide range of end products like soda ash, dyes, cement, and hazardous chemicals packaging.
Biaxially oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) bags are used for packaging of detergent powder, flour, animal feed, food grains. The extra gloss of BOPP film (printed) when sandwich laminated with PP fabric makes it an ideal bag for advertising – more like a walking billboard. BOPP bags are available with micro perforation, matt finish BOPP film and metalised BOPP film and anti-slip printing.
Block Bottom Bags
We produce valve bags used by the cement industry in India. Our new addition to the product line is Block Bottom bags. It has a growing market the world over – an innovation meant to facilitate change. Block bottom bags are ideal for cement packaging. The current demand for automated filling and logistic challenges due to modern technology and handling systems are met. They marry the advantages of the traditional sack types such as Paper, PE, and PP to give a world-class product for cement. 40% of cement packaging in India switched to the Block Bottom option. Higher Strength, maximum protection, cost-effectiveness, lesser space through higher stacking, easy transportation, more market value through better visibility, no spillage, water-resistant, and environment-friendliness are some key merits.
