- Educational Qualification : BE/DME Chemical
- Experience : 3-7 year in Sulphonation Plant
Oversee production, production planning, manpower management, generation and analysis of production reports, ensure quality compliance and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Educational Qualification : B. Tech - Preferably with MBA
- Experience : 15 Years Plus
- Capable of developing and maintaining liaison with top executives of fertilizer’s, sugar, cement industry in India and abroad
- Strategies for business growth in new arena/ geography/ product line
- Exposure in international market and export business for some part of the career
- Analytical skills to identify scope of growth and eliminate bottleneck, analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
